Telmo Eduardo Silva got his graduation and Master’s degree in Electronic, Telecommunication, and Informatics by the University of Aveiro, Portugal. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at the Department of Communication and Arts at the University of Aveiro. In 2014 he got his PhD degree in Information and Communication in Digital Platforms (ICPD). As a member of the research unit DigiMedia his investigation interests are: – Design, development, and evaluation of iTV services considering the needs of the specific target audience;  – Design and development of applications to Web and mobile devices also considering the needs of the specific target audience.
