Tânia Ribeiro holds a master from the University of Aveiro (2016), a degree from the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (2014), both in Multimedia Communication, and is now (2017) an is currently a PhD student in Information and Communication in Digital Platforms at the University of Aveiro.
She’s participating in the coordination of the American Corner Media Lab UA, a laboratory aimed at promoting interdisciplinary activities related to digital media and technological inclusion, with particular emphasis on 3D printing.
Her main research activity has been in the field of HCI, mainly with regard to the gamification of health recovery activities.
