Rita Santos holds a PhD in Information and Communication in Digital Platforms (Universities of Aveiro and Porto). Professor at the Department of Communication and Art, University of Aveiro, in courses in the Sciences and Communication Technologies field, she has been teaching topics such as user experience design and evaluation, digital accessibility, and web development technologies. Her research interests are related to the conceptualization, prototyping and evaluation of new digital user-centric products and services to promote quality of life, well-being and environmental awareness, developed with the supervision activities of MSc. and PhD students and participation in several research projects.
