Rebeca Mendes holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology (2013), and a Degree in Psychology (2011), from the University of Aveiro. Currently is a PhD student in Multimedia in Education at the same University.She’s participating in the SEDUCE project, regarding the ability of online social digital games to foster information and communication in online learning communities for senior citizens, with particular emphasis in mental health promotion and neuropsychological development. Her research fields intersect education, mental health, and digital games. Her interests encompass long-life education, human-computer interaction, digital communication, digital games, gamification, mental health, and neuropsychology.
