o Raquel is a PhD student in Information and Communication on Digital Platforms (ICPD), at the University of Aveiro and the University of Porto, with a line of research focused on the study of digital platforms that develop socioemotional skills for students. She holds an MBA in Manchester Business and School – UK and BA from Social Communications in University of Brasília – Brazil. She’s participated as a researcher Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology (Ibict) implementing a national platform for youth public policies. She’s worked since 2009 on implementing successful communication projects in various segments such as digital media, marketing and audiovisual in Mozambique, Brazil, Canada and Portugal.
