Mário Fernando Silva Reis is a PhD student (student only) in the Doctoral Programme in Multimedia in Education at the University of Aveiro, Portugal. He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Porto and a Master’s degree in Education Sciences from the University of Aveiro, as well as a postgraduate qualification in School Administration. He currently serves as Head of the Education Unit at the Municipality of Arouca, following an extensive career as a secondary school Mathematics teacher and school leader.
His research focuses on the use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in Inclusive Education, with particular emphasis on supporting multidisciplinary teams and Special Education teachers. He has authored research in the field of educational technologies, including a publication on the impact of Moodle on curriculum management, learning processes, and the satisfaction of students and teachers.
