Biography

Guilhermina investigates narrative and character creation as well as romantic relationships. She also researched on themes such as psychology of arts or critical thinking. She participated in a total of 10 research projects, presenting her studies in over 60 scientific occasions including scientific publications and conferences. Guilhermina co-founded the Narrative, Media and Cognition Conference, as well as the working group Audiovisual Narratives of Association of Moving Image Researchers. She was an assistant teacher at the Catholic University of Portugal between 1998-2021. She received both her graduation and her doctorate in Psychology from the University of Porto (Portugal) and did advanced training in Direction of Psychodrama.

SHORT BIO: Guilhermina holds a PhD in Psychology and researches narrative, character creation, and romantic relationships.
