Margarida is currently studying for a PhD in Tourism at the University of Aveiro. Holds a MSc in Tourism Management and a BSc in Tourism, both from the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu. Her research interests include consumer behavior, tourist experiences, tourism destination marketing, motivations and perception. Participated as a research fellow in the research project “TWINE – Co-creating sustainable Tourism & Wine Experiences in rural areas” (GOVCOPP) and is currently working as a research fellow on a new project under the Mobilizing/Green Agenda for Business Innovation “ATT – Agenda Acelerar e Transformar o Turismo” at the DigiMedia research center at the University of Aveiro.
