Lídia Simões is a doctoral program student in New Media (UA) with a degree in Multimedia and Communication Technologies (2023, UA) and a master’s degree in Audiovisual Communication For New Media (2025, UA). Her focus of studies is digital storytelling, particularly fictional narratives for entertainment purposes produced in audiovisual content. She has worked as a social media manager, graphic designer and producer of audiovisual content for a small company of the jewelry business, in Aveiro (Precious Criterion). She participates in communication/media/arts work in the nonprofit sector.
