Currently a PhD student in Multimedia in Education at the University of Aveiro (UA), Inês holds a degree in Physics and Chemistry (2005) and a master in Science Communication and Education (2010), from the UA. Her professional career has been mainly linked to Physics and Chemistry teaching, in a formal and non-formal way. Her main research interests are related to technology-supported learning, active methodologies learning and mobile learning tools, more specifically, Virtual and Augmented Reality in education. The research theme of her thesis focuses on the impact of Augmented Reality as a strategy to promote Astronomy learning on middle school students.
