Assistant Professor at the Department of Communication and Art at the University of Aveiro, where he lectures in Communication Sciences and Technologies undergraduate and graduate courses. With participation in several national and international funded research projects, his main research interests are related to Audiovisual/Photographic Documentary, Transmedia Storytelling, Technology-Enhanced Learning/Research Environments, and Cultural Heritage Preservation.
He has a degree in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications, a Master’s in Information Management, and a Ph.D. in Multimedia in Education. He is also Vice-Director of the master’s degree in Audiovisual Communication for New Media and the Technical Coordinator and Operational Manager at AlticeLabs@UA.
