Cláudia Oliveira is a researcher in the New Media Doctoral Program at the University of Aveiro. She holds a Master’s degree in Technology and Digital Art from the University of Minho and a degree in Plastic Arts and Multimedia from the Higher School of Education of Viseu (ESEV). She was a guest lecturer at ESEV where she taught courses related to multimedia, digital and interactive narratives and 3D modeling, and was also involved in supervising students’ projects. In her nonacademic career, she has been involved in a wide range of creative and technological domains such as prototyping, UI-UX and web design, website development, SEO, social media management, graphic and communication design, final art, video editing and animation, digital marketing and product photography. She was a quality manager, project manager and responsible for conducting diverse training sessions for clients. Her research interests include artificial intelligence, tangible technologies and forms of artistic expression and intervention such as interactive and performative installations.
