Ana Velhinho is a post-doc researcher with a BA in Communication Design (2005, FBAUL); an MA in Design and Visual Culture (2008, IADE); and a PhD in Multimedia Art (2023, FBAUL) hosted by DigiMedia research unit of University of Aveiro, as FCT-fellow. Worked as an invited assistant professor (IPBeja, 2007-2015) in degrees in the fields of Design, Multimedia and Communication. Her research topics are Digital Culture, Participatory Media and Methodologies, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and User Experience (UX). As a member of the Social iTV group she integrated the R&D projects: UltraTV; OverTV; and currently Polariscope, to develop a platform for the visualization of collective memories. She also integrates cultural and creative projects.
