Bio: PhD in Communication from the University of Vigo (2016) and Professor at the same university. His academic and professional career focuses on the field of online communication, the development of interactive projects and the world of digital marketing. He teaches subjects related to web development, digital communication and online marketing.
Abstract: This talk will address the saying “what goes around comes around” from a contemporary perspective, relating it to the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). It will discuss how our decisions and actions, in the context of AI, can have significant repercussions, both positive and negative. Ethical and practical issues will be explored, including responsibility in the development and application of AI, as well as the possible associated risks. Through a narrative approach, the aim will be to illustrate these concepts in an accessible and reflective way. The talk invites reflection on how we can more consciously navigate the current technological landscape to shape an ethical and equitable future in the field of AI.
