Maureen Cerveira holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication on Digital Platforms from the University of Aveiro (UA/Portugal) and the University of Porto (UP/Portugal). She holds a master’s degree in Design from the Federal University of Maranhão (UFMA/Brazil) and a bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, with specializations in Radio and TV (UFMA/Brazil) and Advertising (Estácio University/Brazil). She is dedicated to research in the fields of Communication, Design, and Information and Communication Technologies. Her research interests are related to digital platforms, human-computer interaction, mobile applications, and internationalization policies in the context of academic mobility.
