Inês Mendes is a researcher and higher education lecturer specialising in Technology-Enhanced Learning. She holds a PhD in Multimedia in Education from the University of Aveiro and is currently a Visiting Adjunct Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal. With a background in Physics and Chemistry education, her work bridges science teaching and digital innovation, with a particular focus on Augmented Reality as a tool to enhance students’ understanding of complex and spatial concepts. Her research interests include active learning methodologies, mobile learning, and the integration of emerging technologies in education
